Services include developing relationships with clients and referral sources, clinical program design and training on mental health, substance abuse and wellness topics, account management, sales and business planning.Dana is a seasoned consultant and subject matter expert in mental health, substance abuse, wellness and EAP. She has advised Fortune 500 companies, health plans, treatment programs and public sector clients on programs and business strategies. Dana has held leadership positions in account management for Care.Com, Magellan Health and Cigna Healthcare. She is also a sought-after speaker and regularly provides workplace and clinical trainings.Dana is an experienced business manager and enjoys coaching and mentoring individuals as well as building high performance teams. Dana attended Alfred University, where she obtained a BA in Clinical Psychology. She received her master’s degree in social work (MSW) from New York University and has her certificate in Executive Women’s Leadership from the Yale School of Management. She is highly active in the Employee Assistance Professional Association and has been the President of the Hudson Valley Chapter since 2021.
